Almond smoothie with apples

Required products :

  • 1 apple
  • 5 almonds
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Method of preparation :

Peel the fruit, remove the apple from the seeds. Cut them into large cubes and place in a deep bowl. Add the almonds and cinnamon, pour in the milk and puree everything with a blender.
Pour the drink into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy the taste.
