A pigtail is one of the easiest shapes to start with. From airy yeast braids with raisins, the aroma will soar throughout the house.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 500 gr. Pressed yeast - 20 gr. (or 1.5 tsp dry) Milk - 250 ml. Sugar - 4 tablespoons Egg - 2 pcs. Vegetable oil - 60 ml. Vanilla sugar - to taste Salt - a pinch Cream - 1 tbsp. Raisins - 200 gr.
Start preparing yeast dough with dough. Take a saucepan or other convenient container to prepare the dough. Heat the milk to a pleasant warmth for your finger, add yeast, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. l. flour. Stir and put in a warm place for 20-25 minutes for the yeast to start working.
Soak the raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes, then strain and pat dry with paper towels.
Sift flour. Add an egg, salt, 2 tbsp to the dough. sugar, vanilla sugar and vegetable oil. Stir with a whisk. Gradually add flour. You should get a smooth, slightly sticky dough. Place the dough in a container greased with vegetable oil, cover with cling film and put in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. After the time has elapsed, the dough needs to be kneaded again and divided into 2 equal parts. Each part for another 3. Thus, you should get 6 equal parts of the dough. Roll out the "sausage" in length and stuff with raisins. Seal up the edges. Combine three finished sausages at the base and braid into a braid. From the second edge, also blind the ends together. Remove two finished pigtails in a warm place for another 20 minutes.
Mix the egg yolk with cream and grease the pigtails. Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove the finished pigtails from the oven and cover with a clean, dry towel for 20 minutes.
Twisted donuts with Nutella - for those who have not yet decided to make their own dough. Even a novice hostess will cope with this beauty.
Ingredients:
Puff pastry - 500 gr. Nutella - 180 gr. (room temperature) Egg - 1 pc. Sugar - 2 tbsp. l. Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking. Nutella is also better not to refrigerate, so that it is more convenient to work with. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Divide the puff pastry sheet into 4 rectangles. Roll each one in one direction. Spread about 1 tsp. nutellas on the rolled out dough, leaving some space around the edges.
Roll up and cut lengthwise almost to the end, but without tearing into 2 parts. Weave 2 parts with a tourniquet with cuts up. Pin the dough around the edges.
Roll each piece into a ring and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Beat the egg lightly, grease the rings and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown.

Wheat flour - 350 gr. Fresh yeast - 21 gr. (if dry, then 7 gr.) Egg yolk - 2 pcs. Milk - 140 ml. Sugar - 60 gr. Vanilla sugar - 10 gr. Refined oil - 70 ml. Salt - 1 whisper Powdered sugar - 2-3 tbsp. Ground cinnamon - 1-2 tsp Sugar - 2 tsp (optional) Egg white - 0.5 pcs. (for brushing the buns)
Prepare the steam. Combine warm milk with yeast, yolks, a teaspoon of sugar and two tablespoons of flour. Wait for the foam to appear, add the remaining sugar and stir. Then add a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. Then add vegetable oil and half the flour. First, knead the dough with a spoon, then gradually add flour, knead with your hands. The dough should be light and uncooked. Put the dough in a container, cover and put in a warm place for 40 minutes.
When the dough fits, remember again and roll it into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Squeeze out the circles with a glass (diameter 8 cm). Take 3 circles and overlap each other.
Roll them up. With a sharp knife, cut the roll of three circles in half.
Spread the petals and continue like this with the rest. Some of the circles can be sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar before rolling into a roll.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and form buns from three flowers.
Lubricate with protein and send to bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The last 5 minutes you can brown the buns on the "grill" mode, if available.
