Strawberries can contain many essential nutrients for the body, including powerful antioxidants.

Strawberries have been used since ancient times to relieve many different medical conditions, including inflammation , fever, kidney stones , bad breath, gout and more.

In particular, what is contained in said amount of delicious fruit: 1 g of protein; 11, 65 g carbohydrates; 3.81 g dietary fiber; 24.24 mg of calcium C; 0.63 mg iron; 16.50 mg magnesium; 31.54 mg phosphorus; 44.82 mg potassium; 1.16 mg selenium; 94.12 mg vitamin C; 29.38 μg folic acid; 44.82 IU vitamin A; 50 calories.
 
Strawberries also contain the powerful antioxidants anthocyanins, ellagic acid, quartcetin and kaempferol, which have been shown to have protective properties against certain cancers . 
 
 
Regular consumption of anthocyanins can reduce the risk of heart attack by 32% among young women and those who are middle-aged. This is stated in a study by researchers from the Medical School in Norwich in the UK. 
 
The flavonoid quartcetin , found in strawberries, is a natural anti-inflammatory that reduces the risk of developing atherosclerosis and protects against damage caused by "bad" cholesterol . 
 
Scientists believe that quartcetin may have additional anti-cancer effects, but more human studies are needed to confirm these preliminary results.
