Wash vegetables and herbs, dry with paper towels. Clean the bulb. Grate the cheese.

Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion until soft. Then lay out the minced meat and fry until the color of the meat changes. Pour in the tomato sauce, add chopped tomato, salt, pepper. Simmer covered until thick.

Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, half grated hard cheese, chopped basil, beat in an egg.

Cut the meat into thin strips across the fibers, fry in hot oil until tender. At the end of frying, add chopped onion to the meat in half rings, fry until soft. Then pour in the soy sauce, stir and evaporate the liquid. Remove from fire.

In a large bowl, mix the meat with the fat from the pan, the cucumbers without juice, and the peppers cut into strips. Season with garlic, pepper, vinegar, sugar, salt, passed through a press. Mix and serve.

Wash and clean vegetables.

Peel the liver from films, cut into pieces and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, olive oil, suneli hops, grated ginger root. Leave for 10 minutes.

Cut the onion into half rings, slice the garlic, grate the carrots. Fry vegetables in oil in a pan for 5 minutes, then add the liver, fry for another 5 minutes. Add chopped peppers and tomato slices in strips, cook 3 minutes. Dilute starch in hot broth, pour into vegetables, simmer for 5 minutes under a closed lid. Ingredients for juicy pork with vegetables:

600 g pork (lean pulp); bulb; bell pepper; 1 st. l. Dijon mustard; 3 sprigs of thyme; a sprig of rosemary; salt, black pepper to taste.

Fry a piece of meat from all sides to a crust. Salt, pepper. Fold a large sheet of foil in half, divide the onion and pepper, peeled and cut into strips, into two parts. Put half of the vegetables on the center of the sheet, on them - meat, brush it with mustard, then put thyme and rosemary, on top - the remaining vegetables. Wrap tightly with foil and bake in the oven (45 minutes at 180 degrees) or a slow cooker ("Multi-Cook" mode, 45 minutes, 90 degrees). Pour the washed rice with boiling water, put it on a sieve. For sweet peppers, cut off the tops with a leg, clean from the inside. Grind the peeled onion, tomato and pitted zucchini with a blender. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, rice, vegetable puree, salt and spices. Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place them on the steamer tray, set the time to 35 minutes.

600 g of beef; bulb; carrot; bell pepper; 2 cloves of garlic; 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste; 500 g canned or boiled beans; 150 ml of light beer; 120 ml of brewed coffee; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil; salt, pepper to taste; a pinch of oregano; a spoonful of sugar.

Cut the beef into pieces and fry in a frying pan in oil until browned. Cut the peeled onion and pepper coarsely, carrots and garlic into small cubes. Transfer the meat to a frying pan, and in the same pan fry the vegetables for 7 minutes, if necessary, add more oil. Then add sugar and tomato paste, heat until sugar dissolves. Put the vegetables on the meat, add salt and spices. Pour in beer, coffee, if necessary, add water to the consistency of your usual soup. After boiling, cook over low heat under a lid for an hour and a half, at the end of cooking, add the beans, warm up and serve with sour cream and herbs.
