Sushi, loved by many, is a topic for never-ending discussions. Are they really that useful?
Sushi is a mega-popular dish in Europe. It is on the menu of every oriental restaurant, in the price of almost any food delivery service. And even from the pages of advertising booklets we are convinced that sushi, rolls or makizus are very tasty and useful. But this food is truly exotic for our national cuisine. So is it worth giving up the usual cutlets with pasta or potatoes because of the drought?
Office dinners are a painful question for many. Even if there is a cafe in the building, there is often not enough time to go there. And coffee with sandwiches is a bad option, because such food is harmful to the stomach and figure. Therefore, it is better to order sushi in Kyiv with delivery directly to your office or home.
You will be offered dishes with scallops, tuna, salmon, eel, octopus, shrimp and avocado, with caviar. Are you a vegetarian or just don't like fish? Then choose sushi with pickled seaweed and homodara sauce. There is also an interesting dish with a sweet omelette on the menu of sushi bars. The choice is simply huge.
If you think that this low-calorie dish may not have the best effect on your figure, then start your meal with miso pasta. A few makizusas can be left for a snack or used as snacks during the working day. But if we compare sushi with our usual food, then they contain few calories - about 350 in a medium-sized portion, which is enough for lunch.
It is precisely because of its eastern roots that this dish is so much better than our borschts and garlic donuts. There are no harmful fats and empty calories in sushi, but there are many valuable substances that are lacking in our daily diet.
Sushi is useful for teeth, bones, cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract and immunity. This dish has become so popular for a reason. Ego is really worth trying and you will love it forever.
