Ingredients:

2. With chicken meat

 

Chicken fillet - 500 g Bulb onion - 1 pc. Cheese - 100-120 g Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. l. Sour cream or mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l. Salt - to taste Ground black pepper - to taste Dill - to taste

Boil the fillet in advance in salted water, cool slightly and cut into small pieces. Chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the greens. Combine minced meat, onion, herbs and cheese. Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

3. With salmon and curd cheese

Lightly salted salmon - 400 g Soft cheese - 100 g Dill - to taste

Mix soft cheese with chopped dill. Cut the salmon into slices. Put a strip of cheese on a pancake, and fish on top. Roll the pancake into a roll.

4. With ham and cheese

 

Ham - 400 g Hard cheese - 250 g (Gouda, Edam) Garlic - 2-3 teeth.

Cut the ham into thin sticks, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Peel the garlic, wash and chop. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and fill the pancakes. You can then heat them up a bit to melt the cheese.

5. With mushrooms

 

Champignons - 500 g Onion - 1 pc. Sour cream - 1 stack. Butter - 1-2 tbsp. l. Greens - to taste Salt and pepper - to taste

Clean the onion. Wash the onions, mushrooms and herbs. Pat dry with paper towel. Mushrooms cut arbitrarily, not very large. Finely chop the onion, chop the greens. Cottage cheese - 200 g Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l. Condensed milk - 3 tbsp. l. Banana - 1 pc.

Mash cottage cheese with a fork with sour cream and condensed milk. Take a couple of pancakes and lay them overlapping each other. Lubricate the surface of the pancakes with cottage cheese and lay out the slices of peeled chopped banana. Roll up and cut into 4 pieces.

7. With apples

 

Apples - 2-3 pcs. Honey - 2-3 tbsp. spoon Butter - 20 g

9. With ricotta and fruit

 

Ricotta - 350 g Kiwi - 1 pc. Peach - 1 pc. Powdered sugar - 40 g (or to taste)

 

Mix the ricotta and rub with a fork with powdered sugar. Put a strip of ricotta in the middle of the pancake, slices of fruits or berries on top. Roll up and cut with a sharp knife.

10. With prunes

Prunes - 200 g Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp Sugar - to taste

Soak prunes in hot water for 10 minutes. Then strain the water through a sieve, cool the prunes, blot with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Add cinnamon and sugar to taste. Stir and make pancakes.
