And we will open our top, of course, with pizza. Thin, tasty and tender. You can make the filling not only according to our recipe, but also to your taste. Help yourself!

Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

Fresh yeast - 15 gr. Milk - 120 ml. Wheat flour - 1 cup (heaped) Sugar - 1 tsp. Salt - 1-2 pinches Chicken fillet (fried or grilled) - 1 pc. Sauce - 4 tbsp. l. (2 tbsp. ketchup + 2 tbsp. mayonnaise) Sweet pepper - 1 pc. Red onion - 1 pc. Pickled mushrooms - 120 gr. Hard cheese - 120 gr.

Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise and ketchup. Heat the milk until it is pleasantly warm. Add salt, sugar and yeast. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. The dough may be slightly sticky to your hands. Roll it into a ball, cover and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling: chop the chicken, onion, mushrooms and peppers. Cheese grate on a fine grater.

Grease the form with vegetable oil or cover with baking paper. Divide the risen dough into 2 parts. Roll one part into a circle, put in a mold and brush with sauce. Spread half of the filling on top and sprinkle with cheese. Do the same in a separate form with the second part of the dough and filling. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Then garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

lasagna

Would you like to know the best lasagna recipe? We'll be happy to share. In addition, it is not so difficult if you use ready-made dough sheets.

Ingredients:

Lasagna (sheets) - 5 pcs. Onion - 2 pcs. Minced beef - 450 gr. Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l. Tomato puree - 400 ml. Butter - 30 gr. Flour - 40 gr. Milk - 350 ml. Nutmeg - 1/2 tsp Parmesan - 100 gr. Salt - to taste Ground black pepper - to taste

Peel the onion, wash and cut. Cheese grate on a fine grater. First, prepare the Bolognese sauce. Saute the onion in olive oil until soft. Add mince, salt and pepper to taste. Fry a little, breaking up the lumps, and add the tomato puree. Stir and simmer until liquid evaporates.

Then prepare the bechamel sauce. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the flour and fry, stirring, until a nutty smell appears. Pour milk in a thin stream and stir until smooth. Add nutmeg, salt to taste and cook until sauce thickens.

Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Take a suitable rectangular shape and start assembling the lasagna. Put a couple of tablespoons of Bolognese sauce and the same amount of Bechamel sauce on the bottom of the mold. Next, lasagne sheets, meat sauce, bechamel and grated parmesan. Alternate in the same order and do not forget to pour the sauce over the corners of the dough. Finish with a layer of Parmesan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Cool the cooked lasagna for about 10 minutes and cut into portions.

Carbonara

And we will complete our top with an equally delicious dish - carbonara pasta with egg. For cooking, it is better to use pasta from durum wheat.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti - 200 gr. Bacon (pancetta) - 150 gr. Egg yolks - 3 pcs. Olive oil - 30 gr. Parmesan - 50 gr. Garlic - 1 clove Black pepper - to taste

In a bowl, beat the yolks, finely grated cheese, a couple of pinches of ground pepper with a fork.

Boil the spaghetti until al dente in salted water.

Cut the bacon into small strips or cubes. Pour a spoonful of oil into the pan, heat over medium heat, fry for a minute, crushed with the back of a knife, a clove of garlic. Then add bacon to the pan and fry for 4 minutes. Select and discard the garlic.

Place the spaghetti with a slotted spoon into the skillet with the bacon. Warm through with pancetta, then remove from heat. Add a little water in which the pasta was cooked, stir. Then, while continuing to stir, pour in the egg mixture. Add more spaghetti water if needed.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and black pepper before serving.
