Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 1 pc. (fillet) Potatoes - 2 pcs. Chicken egg - 2 pcs. Hard cheese - 100 gr. Pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pcs. Pickled champignons - 200 gr. Mayonnaise - to taste
Boil chicken breast, potatoes and eggs in advance. Cool everything down. Peel potatoes and eggs. For salad, take a large flat dish. On one part of the dish we will lay out the salad, on the second there will be a pineapple tail. Lay the first layer of grated potatoes on a coarse grater. Lubricate with mayonnaise to taste.
The second layer is chopped cucumbers and mayonnaise. The third layer is chicken pieces and mayonnaise. Fourth - eggs, grated on a coarse grater. Then spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the entire "slide" and sprinkle with grated cheese on a fine grater. A layer of cheese also needs to be covered with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Insert pineapple leaves into salad.

In this recipe, cheese plays a very important role, so we only need real hard cheese, not a cheese product! The Gouda variety is perfect. And do not neglect adding butter to the main part of the salad. It will not only help keep the shape, but also give a creamy taste.
Ingredients:
Hard cheese - 300 gr. Chicken breast - 1 pc. (fillet) Mushrooms - 100 gr. Carrots in Korean - 50 gr. Walnuts - 50 gr. Butter - 50 gr. (room temperature) Garlic - 1-2 teeth. Salt - to taste Mayonnaise - to taste Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l. (for frying)
Boil the chicken breast fillet in salted water in advance and cool. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes in vegetable oil, salt. In a bowl, combine the diced fillet, fried champignons, chopped Korean carrots and garlic, as well as pieces of nuts. Stir, season to taste with mayonnaise and softened butter.
Cover the board with cling film, put the salad on it and form a rectangle. Wrap the salad in cling film and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut all the cheese into thin small plates and put in a whole clean bag. Tie the bag at the top and lower into boiling water so that the water completely covers the cheese. Keep the bag of cheese in boiling water for 5-6 minutes until the cheese is melted. You can hold the bag with a spatula so that it does not pop up. Untie the bag and roll the cheese with a rolling pin without removing it from the bag, in the form of a rectangle. The length of the cheese rectangle should be slightly longer than the length of the lettuce. Then cut open the bag, remove the salad from the freezer and put it in the middle of the rolled cheese. "Pack" the salad with cheese on all sides until it is plastic and has not begun to harden.
Then put the dish on top of the result and turn it over with the salad. Thus, the seams will remain at the bottom. Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour or more, garnish with a satin ribbon before serving!

Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 1 pc. (boiled) Bulgarian pepper - 120 gr. Carrots in Korean - 100 gr. Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l. Green onion - 1 bunch
Peel and wash the pepper. Cut the chicken breast and bell pepper into small cubes. Chop the green onion. Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, mix. If possible, let it brew a little. Ready!

Potatoes - 1-2 pcs. Eggs - 3 pcs. Smoked chicken - 250 gr. Champignons - 300 gr. Onion - 1 pc. Mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp. l. Salt - to taste
Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, boil the eggs hard-boiled. Cool everything down. Finely chop the onion, put in a pan with heated vegetable oil and fry until soft. Then add sliced mushrooms and fry until done, 3-4 minutes. Remove the skin from the smoked chicken leg, we will not need it, and chop the meat.
Cover a deep salad bowl with cling film and lay out the salad. Peel the eggs, separate the whites and yolks. Grate two squirrels on a fine grater and put on the bottom of the salad bowl. Lightly grease with mayonnaise. Now lay out the chopped chicken and also grease with a small amount of mayonnaise. Grate the remaining protein and yolks on a fine grater and lay out the next layer. Then fried mushrooms. Peel potatoes and grate on a fine grater. Lay out the potatoes in the last layer and lightly tamp down.
Invert the salad bowl onto a flat plate. Carefully remove the film from the fallen lettuce. Decorate the salad to your liking and serve!

Iceberg lettuce - 1 bunch Smoked ham - 1 pc. Hard cheese - 100 gr. Canned corn - 3 tbsp. l. Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp. l. Mustard - 1 tsp Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.
Remove the skin from the chicken thigh, separate the meat from the bone and cut into small pieces. Cut hard cheese into cubes of about 1x1 cm. Rinse and dry the salad. Tear the leaves into small pieces. Arrange lettuce leaves on a flat plate. Arrange the chicken pieces on top of the salad. Next, lay out the cubes of cheese and corn.
Prepare your dressing. In a small bowl, mix mustard with mayonnaise (their proportion can be varied according to your taste), add lemon juice. Mix well. Cover salad with dressing.
