You will need:
5 eggs; 2 tbsp. l. cream; 3 art. l. tomato sauce; 200 g of cheese; 100 g canned peas or corn; 100 g sausage or bacon; a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil; salt, pepper to taste.

Pour into a baking dish and send for 10 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. While the omelette is baking, fry the chopped onion and sausage pieces in a frying pan in oil. Fry until the onion is soft. Cool the finished omelet a little, grease with tomato sauce, put 50 g of grated cheese, spread peas or corn and fry. Put in the oven for another 12 minutes.
