First of all, boil the vegetables for the salad, free the fish from the skin and bones.

Cut potatoes and carrots into small cubes and put in a deep salad bowl. Cut the herring and onion into cubes and add to the vegetables. Add diced beets to the salad, season with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix.

Place two glasses on a large flat dish: one larger, the other smaller. Lay the prepared salad around in the shape of a figure eight.

Decorate the salad with dill sprigs, crumble the yolk - you get mimosa flowers. From quail eggs, dipped in beetroot juice and cut with a cross to the yolk, as well as carrot strips wrapped in rolls, make flowers.

Snack "Crocuses"

 

For an appetizer you will need:

5 large eggs; 100 g cottage cheese 9 percent; 1 tsp mayonnaise; a pinch of salt; clove of garlic; a couple of lettuce leaves and a few green onion feathers; 1 st. l. freshly squeezed beet juice.

Prepare also 5 wooden skewers.

Hard-boil the eggs and carefully peel them without damaging the egg whites.

Put the eggs in a bowl and pour beetroot juice, add a little chilled boiled water. Leave for 5 minutes.

Remove the dyed eggs and pat dry with paper towels. At the top of the egg, make a cross-shaped cut to about the middle.

Remove the yolks with a small spoon and put in a chopper, add garlic, cottage cheese, salt and mayonnaise. Punch the filling until smooth.

Transfer the filling to a pastry bag and fill the egg whites.

Thread a green onion petal onto each wooden skewer and stick it into the egg.

Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving platter and place the appetizer on top.

Crab salad for March 8

 

Delicious, simple and beautiful.

You need:

200 g crab sticks; 3 eggs; 360 g canned corn; 3 art. l. mayonnaise.

Hard boil the eggs and cut into medium sized cubes. Cut crab sticks in the same cube.

In a salad bowl, combine the eggs and crab sticks, add half of the canned corn and season with mayonnaise.

On a large flat plate, place two serving rings or glasses of different sizes, put the salad around, forming a figure eight.

Top the salad with the remaining corn, you can add dill sprigs and berries or pomegranate seeds.

For cooking you need:

5 tomatoes; egg; 100 g of processed cheese; 1 st. l. mayonnaise; a bunch of green onions; garlic clove.

Wooden skewers - 5 pcs.

Make cross cuts on the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.

Boil the egg and grate it on a coarse grater, grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add garlic and mayonnaise passed through the press, mix.

Fill the tomatoes with the prepared stuffing.

Thread green onions onto wooden skewers and thread tomatoes onto them. Put the appetizer on a serving dish and put it on the table!

You will need:

250 g pickled seaweed; 4 large chicken eggs; 200 g canned corn; mayonnaise - to taste; greens - to taste.

To prepare the salad you will need:

200 g chicken breast, fillet; 100 g prunes; carrot; 200 g of champignons; 3 eggs; 100 g canned corn; a bunch of greens; mayonnaise to taste; salt to taste.

First, boil the eggs, carrots and chicken breast in salted water, and fry the diced mushrooms in a frying pan with a spoonful of oil.
