Quick pilaf

 

Ingredients:

100 g of long-grain rice, 250 g of doctor's sausage, 3 cloves of garlic, onion, carrot, 20 g of sugar, 10 g of salt, a pinch of cumin, turmeric, cumin, rosemary, oregano.

Chop onions and carrots, lightly fry in vegetable oil. Cut the sausage into cubes, add to the pan, keep on fire, stirring until it is reddened. Then move the roast to a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in 0.5 liters of boiling water, add spices, including salt and sugar. Let it boil for 5 minutes and put 2 whole cloves of garlic inside, leave on fire.

Rinse the rice and pour it into the bowl in an even layer. Place the remaining garlic on top, also whole, cover with a lid. The main thing is not to mix! Pilaf will cook for about half an hour, during this period you should check its readiness and, if necessary, add water. Instead, you can use any meat broth, then the dish will turn out to be more rich and satisfying.

Layered mushroom salad with sausage

 

You will need:

1 half-liter jar of pickled mushrooms, 350 g of doctor's sausage, 3 eggs, 3 potatoes, onion, 50 ml of mayonnaise.

Hard boil the eggs and peel the potatoes. Cool and clean them, cut into cubes, along with the sausage (but do not mix). Drain off the liquid. Chop the onion into half rings.

Then spread in layers in a salad bowl, each pouring mayonnaise, in the following order: mushrooms, onions, sausage, potatoes, eggs. The dish should be infused in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

Solyanka

 

Solyanka Ingredients:

400 g of doctor's sausage, 5-6 potatoes, 50 g of tomato paste, 1 onion, 4 pickled cucumbers, half a jar of olives, lemon, 50 g of parsley, 1 carrot, 2 liters of meat broth.

Cut half of the sausage into cubes and throw into the broth. Put it on the stove, after a quarter of an hour, throw in the peeled chopped potatoes and carrots.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion. When it begins to turn golden, add the second half of the sausage, also cutting it into cubes beforehand. Keep on fire, stirring regularly for 5-8 minutes, then add tomato paste and pour half a glass of boiling water, mix and add finely chopped cucumbers. Simmer until the cucumbers turn pink.

After the sauce is poured into the pan, make a minimum fire and leave to cook for another quarter of an hour. When serving, add chopped parsley, a slice of lemon and a few olives cut in half to each serving.

Puff pastry braids and sausages

 

You will need:

pack of puff pastry, 150 g doctor's sausage, 2 tomatoes, 100 g hard cheese, egg.

Grate the cheese, beat the egg, cut the doctor's into cubes, and cut the tomatoes into slices.

Fry the sausage and hold it on a napkin so that it absorbs excess fat.

Defrost the dough, cut into squares or rectangles 15 cm wide, and then divide each into three parts: the filling will be located in the central one, and the side ones should be cut into identical narrow strips to create an imitation of braids.

In the center of the future pigtail, lay out the sausage and tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese and lay the strips of dough alternately on top of each other, closing the center with the filling. Cover the braids with a beaten egg with a brush and put in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.

Snack "Lazy Pizza"

 

Ingredients:

1 sliced ​​loaf (can be stale), 100 g of sausage, 100 g of hard cheese, 2 tomatoes, an egg, 50 ml of mayonnaise, 50 ml of ketchup or any spicy tomato sauce.

Cut the tomatoes into thin circles. Beat the egg, add grated cheese and sausage, mayonnaise, ketchup. Spread the resulting mass on slices of bread, put a piece of tomato on top. Then you can send for 2 minutes in the microwave or for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, laying the sandwiches on a baking sheet covered with foil or parchment.

Ragout "Simple"

 

For the stew you will need:

0.5 kg of boiled sausage, 5-6 potatoes, 300 g of cabbage, carrots, onions, 60 g of tomato paste, 10 g of dried dill.

Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil in a deep frying pan with a thick bottom.

In another bowl, saute onion half rings and grated carrots until slightly golden, then add sausage (it can be cut into cubes or strips). When the sausage is browned, add tomato paste and 150 ml of boiling water, stir and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Finely chop the cabbage and throw it over the potatoes, salt, pour in the roasted tomato and sausage, mix and simmer over low heat until the ingredients are ready.

6 potatoes, 100 g butter, 100 g hard cheese, 50 ml sour cream, 150 g doctor's sausage, 2 eggs.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in their skins until half cooked (when the knife enters the flesh of the tuber, but experiences resistance). Then remove from the water, cool, cut in half, without peeling, remove half or 2/3 of the core with a spoon.

Melt the butter, beat the eggs with sour cream, grate the cheese, finely cut the sausage into cubes. Mix them with the pulp of the vegetable, salt (if desired, you can add more pepper, paprika, turmeric, garlic, dried herbs) and fill the potato halves. Put them on a baking sheet covered with foil, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for no more than a quarter of an hour.

Salad with sausage and breadcrumbs

 

Ingredients:

100 g of small crackers, 150 g of doctor's sausage, 100 g of Beijing cabbage, 2 tomatoes, 10 g of mustard (preferably grainy), 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, salt, black pepper.

Cut the sausage into cubes or strips, tomatoes into large slices, tear Chinese cabbage into large chunks with your hands. Put them together with breadcrumbs in a salad bowl.

For egg sauce, beat mustard, vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well.
