Unloading days with milk consumption are recommended by nutritionists for diseases such as hypertension, obesity, gout. These days should not be more than two consecutive and can be repeated no more often than 1-2 times in a week depending on the nature of the disease and general health.

The regime is moderately sparing with limited physical activity. It is best to unload the body on weekends.

First option

  • 0.800 - 1.0 liter of fresh milk with 3% fat during the day - 100 milliliters every 1.5 - 2 hours;
  • at night - 200 milliliters of fruit juice and 20 grams of sugar - it is best to be (brown) cane or use honey;
  • this option is recommended for hypertension, heart disease with circulatory failure.

Second option

  • drink 250 milliliters of fresh milk (or kefir) six times a day;
  • recommended for hypertension, obesity, gout; 
  • such an unloading day is made with good tolerance to milk;
  • suitable for women over 35 years of age.

Unloading diets and unloading days:

  • are recommended for obesity when the prescribed low-calorie diet is not effective enough;
  • stimulate metabolism and contribute to the burning of the body's own fat reserves;
  • it is recommended to do on weekends;
  • are characterized by a certain monotony and violate the principle of a balanced diet;

  • unloading days are a "zigzag" in the diet, a kind of "shaking" of the body, which loses between 500 - 1000 grams of weight per day.
