It is preferable to consume low-fat yogurt and drink plenty of fluids.

 

Sample menu :

Breakfast - 500 milliliters of low-fat or skim kefir and one lemon.

Lunch - 500 milliliters of low-fat or skim kefir and one lemon.

Dinner - 500 milliliters of low-fat or skim kefir and half a lemon.

 

You can eat all the lemon included in the menu, or you can squeeze and drink only its juice - a matter of choice. The diet is followed for 1 or maximum 2 days, but in no case longer.

 

Contraindications
