Lavash roll with red fish

This is perhaps one of the easiest snack roll options. It will take only 10-15 minutes to prepare it.

Ingredients:

Lightly salted or smoked red fish - 200 grams; Thin pita bread - 1 pc.; Curd cheese - 100 grams; Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.; Greens - to taste.

Clean the fish and cut into thin slices. Put a sheet of pita bread on the table and brush with curd cheese. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Divide fish slices and thinly sliced cucumbers. Roll up into a tight roll. Refrigerate by wrapping in cling film. Before serving, cut into portions.

You can also use ham, melted cheese, fried mushrooms for the filling.

Cheese roll with salmon

Another appetizer option with fish, delicate butter cream and melted cheese.

We will need:

Toaster cheese - 200 grams; Lightly salted salmon - 150 grams; Butter at room temperature - 100 grams; Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.; Gelatin - 1/2 tsp; Greens - to taste.

First, dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of water according to package directions. Leave it to swell.

Combine softened butter with sour cream and chopped herbs, beat until fluffy. Put a layer of cling film on the table so that it is convenient to work with the roll.

Spread cheese slices over the entire surface of the film. Using a silicone brush, coat the cheese with gelatin so that it holds its shape well. Top with thinly sliced salmon. Spread the herb buttercream in an even layer. Using cling film, carefully roll up the roll and place in the refrigerator to set.

Chicken liver roll

An easy-to-prepare liver roll will be an excellent snack for a few holidays. Serve with slices of toasted bread or a fresh baguette.

Ingredients:

Chicken liver - 1 kg; Bulb - 1-2 pcs.; Carrots - 2 pcs.; Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.; Butter - 100-120 grams; Processed cheese - 2 pcs.; Salt and spices - to taste.

To begin with, wash and dry the liver, if necessary, clean it from veins and films. Send it to boiling water, salt a little to taste and cook for 7 minutes over medium heat. In parallel, peel the onions and carrots, chop and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until a pleasant golden color.

Send the finished liver and vegetables to the blender bowl. Add the butter in small amounts and beat until smooth. You can add more salt or pepper to taste. Cool the finished pate. Spread the pâté in a thin layer on a sheet of cling film or foil. Sprinkle over the entire surface with grated melted cheese. Roll up carefully and refrigerate. Give the pate 3-4 hours to stabilize and solidify. You can then decorate before serving.

Hot cheese roll with mushrooms

This roll can be made in advance, but before serving, I recommend putting it in the oven for 5-7 minutes. When warm, it is simply amazing, although cold it is no less tasty.

Ingredients:

Mushrooms - 200 grams; Bulb - 1-2 pcs.; Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.; Egg - 3 pcs.; Sour cream - 50 grams; Salt and spices - to taste.

Let's start with the cheese base. In a deep bowl, combine the eggs with sour cream and beat until fluffy. Add grated cheese. Mix everything thoroughly. Line an ovenproof dish with parchment paper or foil and brush with oil. Pour in the cheese mixture and smooth it out. Send to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a frying pan with hot oil, fry the onion until transparent and add finely chopped mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring, until done. Once the cheese cake has set, remove it from the oven and spread the mushrooms over the entire surface. Carefully roll up the roll with foil or parchment paper.

Send it back to the oven for 15 minutes. Store the roll in this form until serving. Immediately before serving, carefully remove the foil and brown the roll in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

Chicken roll with stuffing

Another option for a bright and delicate roll.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 4 pcs. Carrots - 2 pcs.; Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l. Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.; Mustard - 1 tbsp. l.; Salt and spices - to taste.

First, wash and dry the chicken fillet. Lay it between two layers of cling film and beat it gently with a hammer. Salt, add spices to taste. Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater and fry in a pan until soft, 3-4 minutes. Arrange the fillet so that you get an even rectangle on a sheet of foil. Spread the carrots in an even layer. After carefully remove the foil, grease the roll with a sauce based on sour cream and mustard and brown.

In the middle of such a roll, you can also add cheese, mushrooms, vegetables, dried apricots.

Minced meat roll

This is "heavy artillery". Such a roll can be safely served on the festive table as a main dish. As for the filling, you can always experiment here.
