This diet can provide you with up to minus 3 kilograms if you follow it only on the weekend, instead of starving all week! Who wouldn't want that?

Here is what the diet consists of:

Saturday menu:


Breakfast: rye bread sandwich with 200 grams of cottage cheese (or cottage cheese). Consume your favorite drink - coffee or tea, without sugar or sweeteners.

Lunch: a portion of salad with the following products (the dose is for two):

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • half a boiled potato
  • a few croutons
  • salad dressing of lemon juice, mustard, fresh dill and pepper.

Dinner: 100 grams of fish with spices in the oven without fat. For dessert 200 grams of kefir or low-fat yogurt.

Week menu:


Breakfast: a large cup of green tea without sweeteners with 2 large sugar-free crackers.

Lunch: fried salad (products are for 2 servings):

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 fresh cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon corn
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.

Dinner: 100 grams of chicken breast, 1 boiled egg and tomato. For dessert 200 grams of kefir or low-fat yogurt.


Keep in mind that during the week you should not overdo it with food and harmful portions, because this way you can not achieve a permanent effect of the diet.
