  • The process of losing weight begins with a powerful purification of the intestines, blood and continues with recovery and energy boost, saturation of the body with nutrients, and ends with a triumphant march in honor of the victory over unnecessary pounds.

Often, getting rid of fat does not happen because of the mental barrier, which is easily overcome with this program. This is how:

On the first day of the diet, draw a five-step ladder, on each of them write the menu corresponding to the stage / day.
At the end of weight loss, weigh yourself and write the result on the sheet. This will confirm the successful completion of the stage and give you an extra incentive to move on.

You can probably guess that the stages that make up the program are five. They look like this ...

Stages of the "Ladder" diet

  • Purification of organs from stagnant water, salts of heavy metals, toxins, slags and other harmful substances and residual metabolic products.
  • Rest day: the body gains strength before the main period, when it will have to fight fat accumulation.
  • Stage three consists in the active use of products high in carbohydrates, which in turn provides the body with the necessary energy for faster efficient processing of incoming food and, accordingly, the division of fats.
  • On the fourth day, respectively, the fourth stage, begins active removal of subcutaneous fat. Special attention should be paid to muscle mass so that it is not lost.
  • Finally, the body copes with the remnants of fat accumulation, there is a fixation of the results.

Rules of the ladder diet

  • Strictly follow the stages. Adjusting and readjusting them to your liking is strictly prohibited.
  • Any deviation from the menu, fasting or "holiday" breaks are not allowed.
  • Meals should be separate - at least 4-5 times a day.
  • Drink as much water as you need, at the right time, but not less than a liter and a half a day.
  • You should not give up physical activity, but reduce their intensity.
  • To compile the menu, use natural products, not very sweet, low in fat and as fresh as possible. Give up home-made products and dishes.
  • Minimal heat treatment of products and dishes is recommended, with cooking, stewing and baking being preferred. Frying is absolutely forbidden. The products should be consumed raw, where possible.
  • If you are hungry and your daily food limit is exhausted, it is best to drink a glass of water or milk. You should not exceed the norm for the day.
  • Get out of the diet as competently as possible, gradually switching to your usual diet.

As mentioned above, the "Ladder" weight loss system is not suitable for people suffering from gastrointestinal problems, pregnant women, with intermittent blood pressure, for persons under 18 years of age and others.
