Light vegetable salad

Vegetable salads sometimes look and taste better than meat salads, but for a snack, a light salad is what you need!

In a deep bowl, mix finely chopped cabbage, grated carrots, cucumber, fresh herbs, canned corn. Dress the salad with garlic mayonnaise (or olive oil with garlic and chopped herbs). Transfer the salad to a serving platter and garnish with canned corn kernels and fresh herbs.

Tomatoes stuffed with cheese and cucumbers

You will be surprised how delicious a tomato and cucumber appetizer can be. Prepare the filling from finely chopped cucumber, mayonnaise, fresh herbs and oregano. Cut off the top of the tomatoes, carefully remove the pulp and fill the baskets with cucumber stuffing. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve!

Turkey fillet with cherry sauce

Even a novice cook will not be difficult to prepare such an exquisite dish! Cut the turkey fillet into pieces, salt, pepper and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. In another pan, fry the onion, add cherries (fresh or thawed), pour in the wine, add sugar, salt, pepper, nutmeg and simmer the sauce until it thickens. Arrange the turkey pieces on a plate, drizzle generously with cherry sauce and enjoy the perfect combination of juicy turkey and flavorful sauce!

Steamed salmon cutlets with spinach

Does the word steam scare you? Believe me, these cutlets are a godsend for those who like to eat to their fill, tasty and without harm to the figure. In addition, it is steamed cutlets that retain the maximum amount of juice. Combine finely chopped fish fillet, greens and a roll soaked in soy sauce. Form patties, put in a double boiler bowl and cook for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the patties. Serve with fresh herbs and rice.

Candies “Recharge”

Healthy sweets are the perfect dessert! Pass dried fruits and nuts through a meat grinder. Mix the resulting mass well, form small sweets and roll in sesame seeds, cocoa powder or coke chips. Serve with hot tea or coffee.

Apple Crumble with Ice Cream

Beautiful, tender, fragrant dessert! Cut the apple into 4 rings, squeeze out the middle with a metal punch. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the cookie crumbs to it, stir, add the sugar and cook until the sugar melts. Fry apple slices in butter, pour in brandy and cook for a few more minutes. Place the fried apple slices on a serving plate, sprinkle each with cookie crumbs. Decorate the apple with a sweet stick, a sprig of mint and serve with a scoop of creamy ice cream.

Beef with Espanyol sauce

Mackerel rolls with cheese and vegetables

Herring under a fur coat (rolls)

Serve a herring under a fur coat in an original way! Lay out a mat on the table, cover it with cling film and put a sheet of nori. Spread the grated beets on top, salt, brush with mayonnaise, then spread the carrots and mayonnaise again, put the potatoes, herring, mustard and onions in the next layers. Using a mat, roll up the herring roll, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Before serving, cut the roll into several parts, decorate with fresh herbs and vegetable flowers.

Eggplant Cake with Tomatoes and Cheese

Incredibly delicious and elegant snack cake! First, fry the eggplant slices in a pan until golden brown. Put the waffle on a flat plate and grease it with mayonnaise. Put the eggplant and finely chopped garlic on top, cover with a waffle, brush with mayonnaise and put the tomato circles. Then again waffle, mayonnaise and a layer of grated cheese, then layers of tomato and eggplant with garlic. Lubricate the finished cake with mayonnaise, decorate with grated cheese and vegetable flowers. Bon appetit!

Beef with Espanyol sauce

According to this recipe, you will get juicy and flavorful beef. First of all, the beef needs to be marinated for 7-8 hours in wine, spices and vegetables, so we recommend doing this cooking step in the morning. For the sauce, melt butter in a deep frying pan, add flour, tomato paste, meat broth, browned vegetables and spices. Fry the meat in olive oil until golden brown, place in a baking dish, pour over the marinade and bake for about 3 hours. Cut the cooked beef into portions and serve with the sauce.

Mackerel rolls with cheese and vegetables

Tender fish with fragrant vegetables - it's very tasty! Put grated cheese and fried vegetables on the prepared mackerel fillet. Roll up the fillets, secure with toothpicks and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve elegant rolls with your favorite side dish and vegetables.

Panna cotta

This is a light yet delicious dessert! Pour gelatin with cold milk and leave to swell for 15 minutes. Then pour in the cream, put on a slow fire, bring to a boil (but do not boil) and remove from heat. Pour the resulting mass into molds and refrigerate for 1 hour. Garnish panna cotta with fresh berries or fruit and serve!

Cupcakes with cherries and whipped cream

Delicate and sweet cupcakes with sour cherries and fluffy cream topping. Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla with a mixer. Pour vegetable oil into the egg mass in a thin stream and beat again. Then enter the flour, mix and put part of the dough into silicone molds, hide a few cherries inside and send to the oven. Cool the finished cupcakes and garnish with whipped cream.
