Zrazy in sauce is always a great choice for a hearty family dinner. Such a dish can be served in a food warmer and turn an ordinary autumn evening into a feast!

To prepare zraz you will need:

500 g minced meat (pork, pork-beef); 150 g mushrooms; 3 art. l. finished buckwheat; bulb; 200 ml cream of any fat content; 150 ml of water; 3 art. l. vegetable oil; salt, black pepper to taste.

Season the mince with salt and pepper. Boil buckwheat, put 3 tablespoons in a bowl. Peeled onions and mushrooms cut into cubes and fry in a frying pan in oil. First, put the onions in the pan, fry for 3-4 minutes, then add the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes. Mix 3 tablespoons of mushrooms with onions with buckwheat and salt, mix the rest with milk and water, leave for the sauce.

Divide the minced meat into equal parts and make cakes - so that a spoon with a slide of filling fits in them. Form a kolobok from a cake with a filling, bread in flour or breadcrumbs.

Fry the zrazy in a deep frying pan or saucepan in oil until golden brown on all sides. Pour in the sauce, bring to a boil, then simmer at a medium boil for 12-15 minutes. Ready!

Beef with vegetables in the oven (melts in your mouth!)

 

Tender beef, fragrant vegetables and a thick sauce in which you just want to dip a crispy bread crust. A luxurious and leisurely dinner is what you deserve after a long day at work.

Ingredients:

600 g of beef; 2 bell peppers; large bulb; 3 cloves of garlic; 500 ml of tomato juice; 1 st. l. flour; 50 g butter; spices, salt to taste.

Wash and peel the vegetables, cut the meat into cubes, as for goulash. Prepare a baking dish in the oven. Put the onion cut into half rings and chopped garlic in the bottom layer. Then - beef. Put the chopped bell pepper on the meat. It remains to prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a frying pan, quickly stir in the flour with a whisk, fry, pour in the juice, salt, add spices for meat. Warm up and pour the meat into the mold. Wrap the form tightly with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Turn off the oven, leaving the dish with meat in it for another 40 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes. Enjoy!

Meatballs baked on a pumpkin "cushion" with cream (just fly away!)

 

Creamy pumpkin, tender turkey meatballs and bright spices - treat yourself to a fragrant and healthy dinner!

In order to bake pumpkin with meatballs you will need:

700 g of peeled pumpkin; 500 g potatoes; 500 g minced turkey; bulb; egg; 200 ml cream (10-12 percent); salt, pepper to taste; 5 st. l. vegetable oil; a sprig of rosemary; half a spoonful of ucho-suneli; greens for serving.

Peel and wash pumpkin and potatoes. Cut into cubes of 2 cm. Put in a heat-resistant form, salt, pepper, add 2 tbsp. l. oils, stir.

Chop the peeled onion and mix with minced meat, add also salt, pepper, uchi-suneli, beat in an egg, mix well. Make walnut-sized meatballs from minced meat. Pour a couple of tablespoons of oil into a frying pan, heat over medium-high heat and fry the meatballs on all sides until golden brown.

Put the meatballs on the vegetables in a dish. Pour in warmed cream, wrap the mold with foil. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees, then carefully remove the foil and bake for another 25 minutes.

Delicious steamed vegetables - a versatile side dish or snack in 15 minutes!

 

Meat, poultry or fish can be served with steamed vegetables - fresh or frozen. If such vegetables are served with sauce, you will get an excellent light and healthy snack. Choose vegetables according to your taste and according to the season.

You will need (for 2 servings):

80 g each of broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, bell peppers; 100 g of peeled pumpkin; carrot; a spoonful of olive oil; salt, pepper to taste.

Disassemble the cabbage and broccoli into inflorescences, cut the pepper into wide feathers, carrots into thick rings, pumpkin into large cubes. Pour water into the steamer to the minimum mark, put the vegetables on a tray, set the time to 15 minutes. Salt and pepper the finished vegetable mix, drizzle with oil and serve.

Vareniki with potatoes and mushrooms (hot in 4 minutes!)

 

Make dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms and freeze for future use. You will always have hot food at hand, for the preparation of which you will not spend even 5 minutes!

Ingredients for dumplings:

700 g potatoes; 350 g mushrooms; bulb; 250 ml of milk; 2 eggs; 550 g flour; 5 st. l. vegetable oil; salt, butter to taste.

Peel potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Then mash with a masher, adding a piece of butter.

Cooking dough. To do this, in a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and salt. Pour in milk, stir. In parts, stirring, add the sifted flour. Knead the dough, form a lump, leave for half an hour under a towel.

Peel the onion and mushrooms, cut into cubes, fry in the remaining oil in a pan until tender, 8-10 minutes. Mix with puree, salt.

 

Tear off a piece of dough, twist it into a sausage and cut into equal pieces. Roll each piece into a pancake, 10-12 cm in diameter. Put the filling in the center and pinch the edges.

Now dumplings can be boiled in salted water (with lavrushka and pepper) for 4 minutes or frozen on pallets. Put frozen dumplings in a special bag or containers, store in the freezer.

Serve dumplings with sour cream, cream sauce, butter or broth.

Fragrant and soft cookies with apples (prepare in 30 minutes!)

 

Delicate sweet dough and sour apples are the perfect dessert for tea. In addition, there are an incredible amount of apples now.

Apple Cookie Ingredients:

2 medium apples; 130 g flour; 60 g butter at room temperature; egg; 3 art. l. Sahara; half a spoonful of baking powder; 1 g vanillin.

Rub the butter in a bowl with sugar and vanilla. Beat in the egg, mix. Enter flour with baking powder. You will get a thick sticky dough. Cut the peeled and seeded apples into small cubes, add to the dough, mix.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment, turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Lay the pastry on the baking sheet with wet hands. Bake for 15 minutes.

Upside Down Pie with Pumpkin and Apples (half hour dessert)

 

Fragrant, moist, light pie with pumpkin, apples and walnuts. Just a meal! And it only takes half an hour to cook!

Pie Ingredients:

100 g of flour (or 50 g of wheat and corn); 1 tsp baking powder; 170 g sugar (100 for dough, 70 for caramel); egg; 2 tbsp. l. sour cream; 50 g of peeled walnuts; 100 g of peeled pumpkin; Big apple; 30 g butter (for caramel).

Turn on the oven to 220 degrees.

In a tall bowl with a mixer, beat the egg with 100 g of sugar and sour cream until foamy. Enter flour with baking powder, whisk. Add chopped nuts, stir.

Peel apples and pumpkin from peel and seeds, cut into large pieces.

Grease a pie dish (diameter 20-22 cm) with butter, sprinkle with 70 g of sugar and put on the stove. As soon as the sugar begins to caramelize, remove from heat and add the pumpkin and apples. Pour over the dough and put in the oven for 15 minutes.

Turn the finished cake over, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
