On this day, a friendly male company gathers at the festive table, there are strong alcoholic drinks and, accordingly, dishes with snacks should be hearty, meaty and truly masculine. We invite you to take a look at our menu!
Ingredients:
10 pieces. large mushrooms 150 g minced meat onion 100 g hard cheese 2 tbsp. l. 20% sour cream bunch of fresh herbs 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil salt
The larger the mushrooms you take, the easier it will be to stuff them. They need to be washed and dried with a paper towel. Cut off the legs, and carefully clean the hat inside with a teaspoon so as not to break the walls. Finely chop the legs and parts of the cap.
Peel the onion, wash, finely chop and fry in a pan in vegetable oil until transparent. Then add chopped mushrooms and fry for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the minced meat to the pan, salt to taste and fry until the meat is cooked. Cool down a bit.
Finely chop the greens, grate the cheese. Combine half of the cheese and greens with sour cream, and then mix everything with the fried filling.
Fill the mushroom caps tightly with the stuffing, put in a baking dish and sprinkle the second part of the cheese on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Ingredients:
200 g smoked chicken fillet onion 3 boiled eggs 100 g hard cheese mayonnaise salt ground black pepper fresh herbs
Boil the eggs in advance, cool and peel. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Cut the onion into cubes and scald with boiling water or marinate in a weak vinegar solution. Grate eggs and cheese separately on a coarse grater.
Lay out the layers with a cooking ring in the following order: smoked chicken, mayonnaise, onion, mayonnaise, eggs, mayonnaise and finish the salad with cheese. Garnish with fresh herbs.
Need:
10 pieces. large new potatoes 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil 2 tsp. paprika ground black pepper ground salt
Sauce Ingredients:
3 tooth garlic chicken egg 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice sprig of parsley 0.5 stack. vegetable oil ground black pepper salt
Turn on the oven to warm up to 210 degrees. Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush, cut into slices, as for potatoes "rustic". Salt, pepper to taste, season with paprika. Add olive oil and stir. Lay the slices next to each other on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes.
While the potatoes are baking, prepare the sauce. Peel the garlic, wash and chop. Also chop clean parsley. Mix egg, lemon juice, minced garlic and parsley. Salt and pepper. Puree everything with a blender. Then pour in the oil in a thin stream and beat. Aioli sauce is ready.
Put the potatoes on a dish, pour over the sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.
Ingredients:
600 g minced pork 2 tbsp. l. mustard 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise ground black pepper salt
The ingredients are for 3-4 servings. Count on your number of guests. Wash the pork and cut into plates 0.5-1 cm thick. Put each plate in a bag so that splashes do not fly and beat off from both sides. While beating the meat, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
In a bowl, mix mustard and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper the sauce. Brush the chops on both sides with the sauce and place on a baking sheet. To make it easier to wash, you can put baking paper or foil on a baking sheet, and chops on top. Bake until golden brown for 25-30 minutes.
And, of course, you need a cake! After all, men, like children, are real sweet tooth!
Dough Ingredients:
1 stack wheat flour 1 stack. sugar 6 eggs 4 tbsp. l. cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder
Cream Ingredients:
400 g sour cream with a fat content of 20-25% 150 g powdered sugar 0.3 tsp. lemon juice 1-2 pack. thickener for cream or sour cream
Additionally:
30 g chocolate, for decoration butter for greasing the mold
Start by making a biscuit. Divide chilled eggs into whites and yolks. Add a pinch of salt to the whites for better whipping and beat until soft peaks. Then, continuing to beat, add 0.5 cups of sugar in small portions and beat until firm peaks. Separately, beat the yolks with the second half of the sugar until fluffy light mass.
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Sift.
Add a third of the protein to the yolk mass and mix with a silicone spatula from the bottom up. In the next step, add all the dry mixture and mix gently. Lastly, add the remaining proteins and stir the mass with a spatula until smooth.
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter, pour the dough and level it. Bake on the "Baking" mode for 1 hour.
While the cake is baking, prepare the cream. If you want the cream to flow beautifully from the cake with frozen drops, then be sure to use a thickener. Take the required amount based on the recommendations on the package. Beat sour cream, powdered sugar, lemon juice and thickener with a mixer. To a smooth, homogeneous cream. Cover and put in the refrigerator.
The finished biscuit must be removed from the multicooker bowl and cooled completely. Divide into 3-4 cakes. Spread the cakes on a dish and grease with cream, alternating. Pour the cream on top of the cake too and use a teaspoon to pour over the smudges. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
Happy holiday!
