1. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Throw chopped potatoes into boiling salted water, boil for 2-3 minutes, then drain in a colander.
2. Fry the onion in vegetable oil in a pan, then add flour and salt.
3. Put the spinach in a dry hot pan, let it wilt, then squeeze out the excess liquid with your hands.
4. Grease the baking dish in the oven with butter. Layer potatoes, onions, fish, spinach on the bottom, potatoes again on top.
5. Pour cream over everything and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
