1. Japanese avocado roll

Tuna is very healthy and nutritious, whether it is raw or canned. For this roll, take about 150 g of tuna, a small cucumber, pre-boiled or baked asparagus, half a small bell pepper. Finely chop the vegetables, and for the base of the sauce, use sour cream, lemon juice, spices to taste. Spread pita bread with sauce, and put the filling on top. Roll up and enjoy!

Take approximately 100 g of ham, 3 tbsp. spoons of cottage cheese, a few small handfuls of pre-soaked spinach. Spread a thick layer of pita bread with cheese, put the remaining filling on it, season a little, roll it up - and voila! If you don't like spinach, replace it with lettuce.

Take 100 g of slightly salted salmon or salmon, half an avocado, a small cucumber. Cut the vegetables into strips, and the fish into arbitrary thin slices.
