chicken (1800 grams), 4-5 oranges, 1 head of garlic, 100 ml. sour cream or mayonnaise, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

 

Wash oranges, dry. Cut 1-2 oranges into rings, the rest into slices. Carefully peel off the skin of the chicken and slide the orange rings under it.

Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream or mayonnaise with salt and black pepper. Rub the carcass well inside and out with the sauce.

Clean the garlic. Stuff the chicken with orange slices and garlic. Fasten the belly with a toothpick, tie the chicken legs with kitchen string. Place the bird on an oiled baking sheet. Send to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 1.5-2 hours.

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin plates, put in a baking dish, greased with oil. Salt and lightly sprinkle with pepper. Cut the chicken fillet into plates as well, beat off under cling film, salt, sprinkle with paprika and put on potatoes. Cut the canned pineapple into small pieces and put on the chicken. If you have pineapple juice, you can pour a little on it. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Send the dish to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

3. Chicken legs with rice and vegetables

 

This dish is very easy to prepare! You need to put all the ingredients in a mold and bake.

800 g chicken drumsticks, 250 g mixed vegetables, onion, 2-3 garlic cloves, 150 g rice, 350 ml water, 50 g cheese, 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste, 2 pcs. bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste.

 

Wash chicken thighs and rice thoroughly. Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes, mix with the vegetable mixture and rice.

Spread rice and vegetables in a greased form, lay chicken drumsticks on top, add bay leaf.

Dilute the tomato paste with boiling water, salt, pour rice and chicken with this mixture, cover the form with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the meat and rice are completely cooked.

Sprinkle the finished dish with cheese, send it to the oven for a few more minutes. Done, serve!

Ingredients:

2 pcs. chicken fillet, 100 g mozzarella, 8 slices of smoked bacon, 4 tbsp. l. pesto.

Rinse the chicken well and pat dry with paper towels. Put in a baking dish.

Mix chopped garlic, salt, spices, rub the chicken thoroughly. Squeeze juice from lemon and orange, add honey, mustard, soy sauce, oil, mix well, pour over chicken and coat it thoroughly.

Send in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 1.5 hours. The chicken needs to be watered every 15 minutes with the juice that will form. Thanks to this, a very appetizing crust will turn out.

7. Chicken Chops with Mushrooms

2 pcs. chicken fillet, 300 g of mushrooms, 150 g of hard cheese, 1 onion, 4 tbsp. l. sour cream or mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, salt, spices to taste.

 

Rinse the chicken breast well and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into portions, beat off, sprinkle with salt and spices. Place in an oiled baking dish.

Cut the onion into feathers, champignons into slices, fry the onion and mushrooms in a pan with a little oil until tender, adding salt to taste.

Grease the fillet with sour cream, put the fried mushrooms with onions on top, sprinkle with grated cheese. Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

8. Baked chicken thighs with buckwheat

Fry the thighs in a frying pan with the addition of a small amount of oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Finely chop the onion and carrot and fry in a frying pan. Mix with buckwheat. Put in a baking dish. Place fried chicken thighs on top. Add water, cover with foil and put in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 45-50 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil and allow the chicken to brown slightly.
