7-day Summer Diet

The summer diet that we will present to you is easy to implement, the menu is different every day. In fact, there are seven mono diets, alternating 7 days, as the duration of the regime is one week.

The summer diet that we will present to you is easy to implement, the menu is different every day. In fact, there are seven monodiet, alternating 7 days, as the duration of the regime is one week. During this period, the body will be refreshed, will get rid of a few extra pounds, and your mood will improve.

 

Menu by days

  • First day

1 kg of fruit of your choice (it is important to consume the same fruit throughout the day, of the same type) or 1 liter of freshly squeezed fruit juice without sugar.

  • Second day

Half boiled chicken without skin and without fat.

  • Third day

1 kg of raw vegetables (except tomatoes, which are actually fruit) or a liter of vegetable juice (including tomato), without adding spices and salt.

  • Fourth day

About 1 kg of zucchini (or squash) stewed in a little water without salt.

  • Fifth day

1 liter of fresh milk or 500 grams of fresh cottage cheese.

  • Sixth day

Oatmeal porridge (200 to 500 grams of dry product), prepared with water, without butter, salt, sugar and other spices.

  • Seventh day

1 kg of fruit of your choice (it is important to consume the same fruit throughout the day, of the same species) or 1 liter of freshly squeezed fruit juice without sugar, or watermelon, or melon.
