The main quality of apple cider vinegar is that it is extremely suitable for weight loss because it burns fat and helps to lose weight. In addition, the product contributes to the breakdown of carbohydrates and fats, reduces appetite and activates the body's metabolism.
As already mentioned, this vinegar stimulates the metabolism and kills the appetite, its miraculous power is manifested immediately after consumption, because the desire to eat something sweet disappears instantly. After 2-3 months the first results are noticeable.
Under no circumstances should table vinegar diluted with apple essence be used, because everything should be natural. Apple cider vinegar is diluted as follows: in a glass of warm water (250 ml) put 10 ml of vinegar. If the resulting taste is not very pleasant, you can add a teaspoon of honey.
