The liquid obtained from fresh apricots contains a lot of sugars, also dextrin, inulin and starch, as well as a certain amount of cellulose and organic acids. Of the vitamins, it is rich in carotene-provitamin A, it also contains vitamins P, B1 and PP.
The minerals in the juice are potassium, iron and iodine. The composition also includes: pectin, which is able to remove toxins, slags and salts of heavy metals from the body; tannins that strengthen the intestines.
Apricot juice has antibiotic properties that help it fight putrefactive bacteria. Attention should be paid to vitamin A as a substance that supports the mucous membranes of the body, nervous and bone tissues in a normal state. The synthesis of the protein in the body, its redox processes and the metabolism directly depend on it. Vitamin A is involved in the process of bone and tooth formation, the formation of new cells, which helps to slow down the aging of the body as a whole. Of course, carotene plays a very important role in the health of vision.
