  • herbs and green spices - ground coriander, parsley, onion, garlic, basil, dill;
  • coconut, rice and almond milk;
  • gluten-free breadcrumbs and bakery products;
  • homemade pancakes, rolls and other pasta products;
  • chestnuts ;
  • rice, apple and wine vinegar;
  • sauces containing fillers and gluten-free vinegar;
  • purified or mineralized water;
  • natural juices from pineapple, apricots, carrots, oranges, raisins.

About the menu

  • Breakfast: ham, boiled egg, tea with honey and homemade pastries.
  • Breakfast: roasted pumpkin with dried fruit.
  • Lunch: lean potato soup with green spices, rice flour pancakes, fresh plum and pear compote.
  • Afternoon snack: homemade pancakes with cherry jam, orange juice.
  • Dinner: boiled or steamed fish, broccoli or beet salad, homemade bread.

In autism, products containing:

  • gluten - wheat, barley, rye, oats, einkorn, ready-made cereals, bakery products, sweet pastries, kupeshki candies, malt, methadone, sausages and minced meat, kupeshki canned fruits and vegetables, ketchup, sauces, tea, coffee with additives, instant cocoa mixes, cereal-based alcoholic beverages;
  • casein - fresh milk, milk margarine, cottage cheese, yogurt, dairy desserts, ice cream;
  • soy, soda, phosphates, colors, preservatives, sugar and artificial sweeteners;
  • in cases of individual intolerance to avoid the consumption of: corn, rice, eggs, citrus fruits, tomatoes, apples , cocoa, mushrooms, peanuts, spinach, bananas, peas, beans.
