1. Mint Chocolate Pie

 

Airy, delicate, fresh and incredibly fragrant cake. Ready!

Ingredients:

100 g flour, sugar and walnuts; a small bunch of mint; 3 art. l. honey; 25 g vanilla sugar; 50 g of butter and chocolate (preferably bitter); 2 eggs; 1 tsp baking powder.

Grind nuts with clean and paper towel-dried mint using a blender or meat grinder. Then mix with honey. Whisk eggs and white sugar in a bowl. Add the melted and cooled butter and chocolate to the egg mixture. Beat again. Add flour with baking powder and beat again until smooth.

 

Lubricate the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, flour or semolina, pour the dough. When it settles, lay out a spoonful of filling at an equal distance from each other (3 cm). Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Decorate the cooled cake with fresh mint leaves and powdered sugar.

2. Quick chocolate cake

 

You will need:

2 cups of sugar; 3 eggs; 1 cup fatty yogurt or sour cream; 6 art. l. cocoa powder; 2 cups flour and milk; 1 tsp baking powder.

Cooking dough. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a whisk with a glass of sugar and a glass of kefir (or sour cream). Add 1.5 cups flour, baking powder, 3 tbsp. l. cocoa. Mix with a whisk, the dough should be without lumps. Pour the dough into a greased form and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees until a dry match (40-50 minutes) or in a slow cooker ("Baking" mode, 50 minutes).

For the cream, lightly whisk an egg in a saucepan with a whisk, a glass of sugar, 3 tbsp each. l. flour and cocoa. Continuing to beat, add warm milk. Place the saucepan over low heat and bring the cream to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from fire. If desired, add another piece of butter.

Cool the finished biscuit, cut lengthwise into two parts and soak one of them with berry or sugar syrup with a spoonful of cognac. Lubricate the dry cake with cream, cover with soaked cake, brush the whole cake with cream on all sides. Decorate as desired. Chopped nuts look great.

3. Chocolate cake with coffee (easy and fast)

 

Ingredients for Easy Chocolate Coffee Cake:

1.5 cups flour; 0.5 cups of cocoa; 1 tsp soda quenched with vinegar or lemon juice; a glass of sugar and brewed coffee of your favorite strength (can be replaced with water); 0.5 refined vegetable oil; 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another. Then combine (liquid add to dry) and mix. Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.

4. Chocolate roll with coconut (no bake)

 

Ingredients for Coconut Chocolate Roll:

200 g butter cookies; 180 g butter; 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder; 3 art. l. condensed milk; 80 g coconut flakes.

Grind the cookies with a blender into crumbs and mix with 100 g of melted butter and cocoa powder. On cling film, roll out (press with your fingers) the resulting dough into a square. Mix coconut flakes with 80 g of melted butter and condensed milk. Spread the filling over the chocolate base, stepping back a couple of centimeters from the edges.

Using cling film, roll the layer with the filling into a roll, wrap in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for two hours (or more). Pour the finished roll with melted chocolate and decorate with confectionery sprinkles or chopped nuts.

5. Almond Flavored Chocolate Cake

 

Prepare these ingredients:

200 g each of butter, dark chocolate, sugar, ground almonds and heavy cream; 3 eggs; 1 tsp baking powder; cream thickener sachet.

Remove the cream from the refrigerator. Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat in a saucepan and cool slightly. Beat eggs with sugar until white and fluffy. In the egg mass, mixing with a spatula, add ground almonds with baking powder. Then add the chocolate mass, mix well. Pour the dough into a form covered with parchment and bake at a temperature of 160 degrees for 40 minutes.

6. Chocolate cake with prunes and rum

 

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour; 3 tbsp. l. honey and cocoa powder; a glass of milk; 120 g butter; 1 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp soda; 3/4 cup sugar; 2 eggs; a teaspoon of ready-made gingerbread mix or a pinch each of cloves, nutmeg and ginger with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 100 g prunes; 150 ml of rum.

Rinse the prunes and soak in rum for an hour. Heat the milk in a saucepan, melt the butter in it. Add honey, cocoa, spices. Then add flour with baking powder and soda, mix, bring to a boil (but do not boil), remove from heat. Cool slightly and add egg yolks, mix. Cut the prunes and add to the dough. Using a spatula, gently fold in the beaten egg whites into the batter.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with cocoa. Pour the dough and bake in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a match. Drizzle the cooled cake with melted chocolate.

7. Chocolate Mannik

 

For chocolate manna you will need:

100 g of semolina, flour and sugar; 125 ml of water and vegetable oil; 3 art. l. cocoa powder; 50 g almonds; 1 tsp baking powder; 1 g vanillin.

Mix semolina with sugar and vanilla. Add water, vegetable oil, sifted cocoa powder, crushed with a rolling pin or almonds in a blender. Mix thoroughly and pour into a mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes until toothpick is dry.

8. Brownie

 

Brownie Ingredients:

100 g of dark chocolate, flour and nuts; 180 g butter; 200 g of sugar; 4 eggs.

Roast the nuts and crush with a rolling pin. Melt chocolate with butter in a water bath or in a microwave. Pour nuts into chocolate and stir. Whisk the eggs lightly with the sugar. Add the egg mixture to the cooled chocolate, add the flour, mix. Put the dough in a greased form and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Happy tea!
