With Bazeda's disease, you often lose weight, which requires eating foods rich in amino acids, vitamins and carbohydrates.

Basal disease is an autoimmune disease characterized by increased thyroid function, which leads to the production of excessive amounts of thyroid hormones, the cause of poisoning of the body - thyroid toxicosis.

As this health problem is accompanied by metabolic disorders, which result in weight loss and often muscle atrophy, the menu should be rich in vitamins, amino acids, thiamine and especially carbohydrates.

Products that can be consumed in unlimited quantities:

  • seafood, in particular fish and seaweed;
  • vegetables: carrots, tomatoes, potatoes;
  • fruits and berries: pineapple, apples, bananas, all citrus fruits, strawberries;
  • onion, garlic;
  • hen's egg yolks;
  • rice, buckwheat, oatmeal;

These foods will help strengthen the body, muscle tissue, improve the performance of the heart muscle, will provide the amount of glycogen in the liver. Cellulose helps to improve metabolic processes and eliminate constipation.

Meals should be at least 5 times a day, portions should be small but high in calories. Dishes should be prepared stewed, boiled or steamed.

Meat dishes should be taken in moderation and use lean meats (rabbit, chicken, tender beef).

As for products containing iodine (except for fish and seaweed), it is necessary to be careful and consult a doctor periodically and do the appropriate tests - it all depends on the degree of the disease.

Nutritionists advise in basic disease to increase the energy value of food by 25 - 30%, due to weight loss associated with the disease, which should be stopped as soon as possible.

Harmful products in basic disease

  • white flour bakery products;
  • sugar and confectionery in large quantities;
  • coffee, strong tea;
  • alcohol;
  • fried and fatty foods;
  • canned food, various semi-finished products, fast food;
  • soda;
Exclude completely from the menu:
  • legumes (beans, peas, lentils, beans);
  • turnips, radishes;
  • mushrooms.

All these products irritate the intestinal mucosa, which complicates the work of the stomach - it puts extra strain. Also, they excite the nervous system, which is already shaken.

Under no circumstances should you smoke or take sun, sea or hydrogen sulfide baths.
