Kefir - 250 ml; Flour - 180 g (approximately); Sugar - 1 tsp; Salt - 1 pinch; Soda - 1 tsp; Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
In a deep bowl, combine sugar with kefir, add a pinch of salt and sifted flour, then add soda. Mix thoroughly to make a thick dough. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Scoop out the batter with a spoon and fry the pancakes under a lid over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
