For a light and tasty breakfast, outstanding culinary talents are not at all needed. Properly selected ingredients and design will ensure success.
We will need:
Lightly salted salmon - 100 g; Avocado - 1 pc.; Bread - 3 slices; Lettuce leaves - 3 pcs.; Lemon - 1/3 pc.; Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste.
Cut the bread diagonally into triangles and dry a little in a pan. Peel the avocado and cut into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Slice salmon and lemon. Put a piece of fish, avocado, a slice of lemon on a slice of bread. Serve with a lettuce leaf or arrange on a serving plate. Everything, a hearty bright breakfast is ready.
Another alternative sandwich option is a crispy bruschetta with a delicious topping.
Ingredients:
Baguette - 1/3 pc.; Cottage cheese - 60 g; Greens - 1 pinch; Capelin or pollock caviar - 50 g; Lettuce leaves - 2 pcs.; Quail egg - 2 pcs.; Tomato - 1/2 pc.; Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
Cut the baguette in half, put in a dry frying pan and brown a little. To prepare the filling, combine cottage cheese with chopped herbs, pollock or capelin caviar, and diced tomato. Stir gently. In a separate frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry two eggs. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry. Lay on cooled baguette. Top with cottage cheese filling and an egg. That's all, the incredibly appetizing bruschetta is ready.
If the second half prefers light breakfasts, this option will come in handy.
You will need:
Natural yogurt - 1 cup; Chia - 2 tbsp. l.; Fruit - 50 g (to taste).
Combine yogurt with chia seeds and stir. You can add honey or your favorite syrup to taste. Make it better in the evening and leave in the refrigerator until morning. Yogurt, by the way, can be replaced with kefir. In the morning, cut fruit or berries into small slices and add to a glass. Healthy, simple and very tasty!
For fans of PP, we recommend cooking crispy granola in a pan.
Ingredients:
Oatmeal - 100 g; Almonds - 50 g; Seeds - 30 g; Salt - 1 pinch; Honey - 1 tbsp. l.
Put the oatmeal in a dry frying pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown and nutty. Add almonds and seeds, a pinch of salt and dry for a couple more minutes, stirring. Remove from heat, add honey and mix thoroughly.
If more complex culinary processes don't scare you, surprise your loved one with heart-shaped pancakes.
Ingredients:
Milk - 1/2 cup; Flour - 1/2 cup; Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.; Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.; Egg - 1 pc.; Salt and soda - 1 pinch.
Crack an egg into a deep bowl. Add salt, sugar, pour in milk. Add sifted flour and soda. Pour vegetable oil into the dough. The dough should be homogeneous and liquid. Pour batter into sauce bottle or piping bag. Preheat the pan and pour the dough into small portions in the shape of a heart. Fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Serve with berries, sauce or chocolate.
Another option to present a heart for breakfast is puffs. Simple, hearty and appetizing.
Ingredients:
Puff pastry - 250 g; Cheese - 100 g.
Roll out the dough on the worktop as thin as possible. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll up tightly one side to the middle. Then fold the other side to the center. Cut into slices with a sharp knife and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake puffs at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
If you are an experienced culinary specialist, we offer to surprise your beloved with healthy cheesecakes.
We will need:
Cottage cheese - 250 g; Egg - 1 pc.; Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.; Flour - 3 tbsp. l. (+ for breading); Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.; Butter - 1 tbsp. l.
Combine cottage cheese with sugar and knead until smooth. Add egg and flour, mix everything. With wet hands form small cheesecakes. Roll them in flour on all sides and put them in a pan with warmed butter and vegetable oil. Fry cheesecakes over medium heat until appetizing golden brown on both sides.
