Most people associate vitamin C with citrus fruits. Little is known that just one bowl of broccoli provides between 80 and 90 mg of the vitamin, which covers daily needs.


Broccoli improves digestion. Consumption of foods rich in natural fiber, such as broccoli, reduces the risk of constipation and improves intestinal passage. A regular stomach is important for overall health, thus removing toxins from the body.

 

Broccoli should be stored in the refrigerator. Left at room temperature, they harden quickly, their taste deteriorates, and the nutrients in them are greatly reduced.

 

How to cook broccoli?

You can include them as part of your favorite cream soup with croutons. They will give a unique aroma. Cut them into thin strips and place them on the pizza. Broccoli is delicious and baked in the oven with butter and spices, drizzled with a delicious milk sauce.
