for the sauce:

Wash the leaves, dry and tear with your hands, you can cut. Put on a plate or in a salad bowl. If the mushrooms are fresh (white-pink), then wash them and cut into thin slices. If the mushrooms are not the first freshness, then it is better to fry them in vegetable oil. Put the mushrooms on the salad. Peel the cucumber, cut into halves and add to the plate. Cut the tomato into thin slices, put on top. Optionally, you can add chopped bell peppers. Finely chopped turkey, fried until cooked in oil, put on top of vegetables.
Mix all sauce ingredients and pour over salad.
Ingredients:
250 g turkey fillet 1-2 sweet and sour green apples 2-3 stalks of celery along with herbs a small onion a spoonful of two chopped walnuts a handful of lettuce leaves a couple of tablespoons of refined vegetable oil a couple of drops of lemon juice
Boil turkey meat (fillet) and finely chop. Cut the apple into small cubes, wash the greens, shake and also cut finely, along with celery stalks. Finely chop the onion. We fill all the ingredients at our discretion with sour cream or vegetable oil. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Salt, mix and spread on a plate with lettuce leaves.

The turkey needs to be boiled. Then cool and cut into small pieces.
Prepare the dressing. Mix salt, pepper and sour cream. You can replace sour cream with mayonnaise.
Put the chopped turkey on a plate and brush with dressing. Peel, rinse and chop the onion as desired. Post on top. The next layer is sliced pineapple.
Divide pre-boiled eggs into protein and yolk. Put a layer of grated protein on top of the pineapple and grease with dressing.
After that, grate the cheese and put on the proteins. Sprinkle grated egg yolk on top of the salad.
Ingredients for Hearty Turkey Salad:
250 g boiled turkey, canned sweet pepper fillet 3 boiled eggs large carrots small onion vegetable oil spoon 4-5 tbsp. l. canned beans or corn mayonnaise to taste
Peel the carrots and onions, grate the carrots, finely chop the onion. In a skillet, sauté the onion and carrots in oil over medium heat until soft.
Pepper, cooked turkey, peeled boiled eggs cut into small cubes.
Put the salad in a salad bowl in layers, each smearing with mayonnaise. We start with turkey, then peppers, eggs, carrots with onions, beans or corn. Enjoy!

Combine mayonnaise and natural yogurt.
Grate cream cheese on a coarse grater into a salad bowl.

Fill it all with mayonnaise or a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Salt to taste.
