In this article, learn more about Homemade Protein Powder. Homemade protein made from only three ingredients..

Making homemade protein powder has never been an easy task, but for this recipe you only need three ingredients. Some of the best ready-made supplements can help you build muscle and get in shape more easily, but many of them contain artificial components. Follow the instructions and you will have a complete homemade protein.

Necessary products:

  • 3 cups powdered milk (240 grams)
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal (80 grams)
  • 1 small cup of almonds (about 50 grams)

Method of preparation:

Put one of the cups of milk powder in the blender and add the remaining ingredients - almonds and instant oatmeal. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Follow the other two cups of milk and mix again. Store in a jar with an airtight seal.

Tips for storing the finished protein

The protein prepared in this way can be stored at room temperature in a dark place for up to two weeks. For a long time it is good to put in the refrigerator, this way you will avoid the rancidity of almonds.

Tips for using homemade protein

Put 1 tablespoon of protein in a glass and add liquid of your choice (water, milk, etc.), then blend together. Let the finished mixture rest for 10 minutes. You can add your favorite flavors - vanilla, cinnamon, also fruit or yogurt - anything you like.

Don't stop experimenting with your homemade protein powder, but don't forget the required ingredients - milk powder, almonds and oatmeal.
