Moss mushrooms take pride of place among all edible mushrooms, as they have a very pleasant taste and slightly fruity smell. Mokhovik got its name because of the place of predominant growth. The moss fly loves mossy lands, it grows with its leg to the surface of the moss.
Moss mushrooms are cooked in different ways: boiled in water and steamed, pickled, fried, dried. These mushrooms are very popular among vegetarians as they are rich in amino acids, minerals and essential oils. They are also low in calories and can be consumed even with strict diets. Recipes with moss mushroom
Step 1
For work, we need a knife, a colander, moss mushrooms.
Step 2
In mushrooms, cut the base of the stem, clean off debris from the cap and stem.
Step 3
If the bottom of the leg is dirty, scrape and remove the skin at the bottom of the mushroom.
Step 4
If there are places on the mushroom that are eaten by slugs, then this place should be cut off.
Step 5
Rinse the mushrooms under running water. Mushrooms are ready to go.
