Required products :
- 24 medium-sized mushroom mushrooms
- 12 thin slices of bacon, halved
- 1 teaspoon barbecue sauce
Method of preparation :
Wrap each sponge in bacon, gripping the ends with a toothpick (you can also use metal sticks, if you have any). Brush the barbecue sauce well with the help of a brush.
Grill them until the mushrooms are ready and the bacon caramelizes and becomes crispy. This should take you about 10-15 minutes.
Spread with the rest of your barbecue sauce and serve.
