Necessary products
For the dough:
375 grams of flour
300 grams of sugar
450 grams of cream
4 eggs
225 grams of softened butter
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
For butter crumbs:
125 grams of crushed walnuts
50 grams of brown sugar
100 grams of flour
60 grams of butter
For the stuffing:
3 apples + 30 grams of sugar
Method of preparation:
First, prepare the mixture with which you will sprinkle the cake. To do this, mix the flour with the butter, brown sugar and walnuts, stir. Peel the apples, remove the seeds from the core and cut them into thin slices. Put them in a bowl, add 30 grams of sugar and set aside.
Take care of the dough. Beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs, cream, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla essence and flour. Knead a homogeneous dough. Grease a form measuring 34 x 24 cm well and pour the mixture into it. Arrange the apples on top, sprinkle with butter crumbs.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let cool slightly, then remove from the pan and allow to cool completely before serving.
