Required products :

  • 1/2 tea cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves powder
  • 3/4 tea cup of apple, cut into small cubes
  • lubricating oil

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease the muffin tin with butter.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, except for the apple cubes and puree until smooth.
  • Pour the "dough" into a bowl, add the apple pieces and stir to distribute evenly.
  • Spread the mixture in the form and bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Wait for the apple muffins to cool completely before removing and serving.
