Required products :
75 grams of flour
50 milliliters of milk
500 grams of apples
1 egg + yolk
150 grams of sugar
60 grams of dried figs
15 grams of grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon baking powder
60 grams of butter
1 vanilla
50 grams of nuts of your choice
20 milliliters of lemon juice
cinnamon to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the apples, cut into pieces and clean the core with the seeds. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice, add the citrus peel and dried finely chopped figs.
In a separate bowl, mix 125 grams of sugar with the egg and yolk. Beat until the sweet crystals dissolve and then add the softened butter and milk.
Pour the packet of vanilla and baking powder over the flour, then combine the dry mixture with the egg mixture. It's time to add the fruit and half the nuts.
Use a detachable baking tin. Sprinkle the bottom with the remaining crushed nuts, 25 grams of sugar and cinnamon to taste. Spread the dough evenly on them and bake the cake in the oven for about 50 minutes, 180 degrees.
