Required products :
- 4 teaspoons filtered water
- 2 large sprigs of fresh mint / 24 leaves /
Method of preparation :
- Heat the water in a kettle or saucepan over high heat until it boils.
- Place the mint sprigs and cover with a lid.
- Let the tea simmer for about 1-2 minutes or more, depending on the strength you prefer.
- Strain into cups and serve the mint tea hot.
Note!
If desired, you can sweeten the tea with honey and add lemon slices.
