How To Cook Arugula Salad With Pears, Parmesan And Nuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Arugula salad with pears, parmesan and nuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 pears
  • 50 grams of nuts (cedar, walnuts, hazelnuts or others)
  • 100 grams of parmesan
  • 300 grams of arugula
  • 100 grams of lettuce leaves
  • 100 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 lemon
  • pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Chop the lettuce leaves in a salad bowl and add the peeled and diced pears, which you sprinkle with the juice squeezed from 1/4 lemon. Then add the parmesan (also diced), arugula and nuts of your choice.

Make a sauce of olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Season the salad with it and serve.
