How To Cook Autumn Smoothie With Apple, Banana, Pumpkin And Cinnamon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider
  • 2 sachets of Rooibos tea
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana, sliced ​​in bulk
  • 1 apple, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

 

  • Heat the cider in a small saucepan until it boils. Remove from the heat
  • Add the tea bags and let them brew for 5-6 minutes. Take them out and throw them away.
  • Pour the apple cider in a blender and add the pumpkin puree, banana, apple, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
  • Pass at high speed for 30 seconds.
  • Return the mixture separated on the walls with a spoon and mash again for 20-30 seconds.
  • Try and add a pinch of cinnamon if necessary.
  • Serve the autumn smoothie warm or leave it to cool and store in the refrigerator for up to two days.
