  • 1 ripe avocado
  • juice of one lime
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 300 grams of canned peas
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the avocado, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Put it in a blender, add lime juice, garlic, peas, salt and red pepper. Beat until smooth and pour the mixture into a bowl with a lid. Cool, serve and enjoy eating.
