Required products :
1/2 avocado
8 olives
1/2 tablespoon lime juice
2 sprigs of mint
2 sprigs of dill
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the mint and dill. Cut the avocado into two pieces, remove the stone, peel half of the fruit and cut into large pieces. You don't need the other part for the sauce.
Mix the fruit with the pitted olives, add the chopped green spices and a little lime juice. Beat everything with a blender until smooth.
Finally add the mayonnaise and stir.
That is all.
