left

For decoration:

green onions or parsley

Method of preparation :

Thaw the mushrooms, drain the water, cut them into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Pour the mushrooms into a hot pan without fat and let the water evaporate while stirring. Then add the fat and fry the mushrooms until semi-finished. Add chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. Fry until done.

Pour the resulting filling on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

Make the pancakes. Beat the eggs with the salt, pour the milk, oil, pour the flour, add the spice. Beat everything well. Bake pancakes from the resulting dough and leave them to cool.

When this happens, put the mushroom stuffing in the middle of each. Gather the ends to form bags, which you tie with green onion feathers or parsley sprigs. If you do not have a tying helper, secure the pancakes with toothpicks, then tie with onions.

Enjoy your meal!
