How To Cook Baguette Sandwich With Mozzarella, Tomatoes And Olives - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Bagel sandwich with mozzarella, tomatoes and olives". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

piece of baguette (about 60 grams) or other suitable bread
1 teaspoon butter
2 lettuce leaves (maybe without them, depending on the season)
40 grams of mozzarella
50 grams of cherry tomatoes
20 grams of green olives
1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
salt and spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the baguette horizontally in the middle and grease both parts with oil.
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and place them on the side that is the base of the sandwich.
Cut the mozzarella into large cubes, the tomatoes into 4 or 8 pieces, the olives into circles. Mix the prepared products and add basil to them, season with salt and other spices of your choice.
Spread the resulting filling on the green leaves and close the sandwich with the second half of the baguette.
