Fry the bacon (in its own fat) in a dry pan, then remove it on a napkin to absorb the excess fat. When cool, chop finely.
Mix the cream cheese with the mustard, yellow cheese and onion. Add the pieces of bacon and transfer the combination to a suitable ceramic dish.
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven until the surface is red.
You can sprinkle with almond leaves before serving.
