Necessary products for two hot dogs:

 

  • 2 hot dog breads
  • 2 sausages
  • 100 grams of fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons lyutenitsa
  • mustard taste
  • 150 grams of finely chopped cheddar
  • fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
  • butter and colored salt for garnish

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the loaves in half lengthwise and grease them with butter. Season with colored salt and add lyutenitsa, fried onions, sausage and cheddar.

Arrange them in a parchment-lined pan and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped basil and season with mustard. Serve warm and enjoy.
