How To Cook Baked Mackerel With Nuts And Vinaigrette Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 4 mackerels
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • a few sprigs of thyme
  • 10 grams of peeled sunflower seeds
  • 10 grams of pine nuts
  • 20 grams of nuts
  • 20 grams of almonds
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vinegar
  • olive oil

 

Method of preparation:


Clean, wash, dry the fish and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Rinse the tomatoes and onions, cut them into slices and arrange in an oiled pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme.

Roast the vegetables for 10 minutes, then add the fish. Mix and grind the nuts in bulk, add olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Glaze the fish and vegetables with the sauce, bake it ready. Serve the dish garnished with vegetables and vinaigrette sauce.
