How To Cook Baked Potato Chips With Crust, Parmesan And Spices - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 red potatoes
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1-2 pinches of onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, wash, dry and finely chop the potatoes.

 

Pour them into a bowl, season with all the spices, add olive oil and stir.

 

Cover a pan with a sheet of parchment, arrange the potatoes next to each other, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes.

 

Serve the chips hot or cold and enjoy it with a drink of your choice.
