Required products :

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cold pressed olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of two pans with baking paper.
  • Wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
  • Transfer them to a colander and rinse under cold running water. This will remove the potato starch and the chips will become crispier.
  • Dry with kitchen paper and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle with chopped rosemary, olive oil and salt and mix gently to taste evenly.
  • Arrange the potato slices in the two trays without overlapping.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for 35-40 minutes, depending on the thickness. Turn in the middle of baking.
  • Serve the potato chips warm or store them in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
